Organize the project execution strategy by assembling a number of key documents that specify scope, cost and time elements, and describe how the project is to be managed.

They must include areas related to :

• scope: how work is divided and managed ;

• deadlines: drawing up global and detailed schedules ;

• costs & cash flow (with all relevant projections) ;

• quality (project quality plan) ;

• engineering strategy ;

• procurement (how to manage procurement by identifying the approaches/restrictions predefined by the project structure) ;

• industrial strategy: complete definition of the industrial plan ;
