INTRODUCTION
The value chain is the set of activities that modify a product or service and transform it into a final product or service with high added value for the customer.

Detailed value chain analysis is a management tool that helps identify the company's activities that lead to a better product or service that will be appreciated by the customer.
The aim, of course, is to attract customers and/or offer them a superior product for which customers are willing to pay more, and thus for the company to increase its profits.
