4. Mistakes to avoid
4.1 Don't get lost in the details!
Controlling deadlines is not a matter of overly detailed planning. This is a common mistake, which has the effect of rigidifying the system and making data collection and monitoring more cumbersome during the course of the project. It doesn't give teams enough autonomy, and doesn't allow them to get to the heart of the matter quickly when difficulties arise.
The planner must ensure that planning supports the collective dynamic and facilitates early detection of deviations without compromising operational efficiency.
