3.1 Use "off-the-shelf" schedules

Every project is unique. Even if the object resulting from the project seems identical to that of a previous project, the project will be at most similar. While templates are useful for saving time, duplicating them without thinking through the specific problems of the new project runs a major risk.

3.2 Work solo

Mastering deadlines is the result of teamwork... even if the planner is the expert in the function, and the one able to use the corresponding methods...
