1. What are the key elements of the planner's activity?
In a project, time is a "finite" and "consumable" resource. This means that it is estimated at the start of the project, and becomes a budget envelope for its successful completion. This budget is consumed as the project progresses. Controlling project deadlines depends on the ability to use the time available to bring the project to completion.
