2.1 The project manager
It goes without saying that the planner works closely with the project manager from the very start of the project right through to its completion. Planning is first and foremost a management tool. The reference schedule will be drawn up jointly, with the aim of finding the best scenario for :

reduce waiting times;
limit interfaces between work packages to the minimum necessary;
