8. Mistakes to avoid

8.1 Don't get bogged down in a theoretical vision, far removed from the reality of the project.

The best way to ensure compliance with the "cost, quality, time" triptych is to take into account the specific features of each project.

To be truly effective, the PMO must never lose sight of a few key project management principles.

  • The project manager is responsible for external communications.
