  • Not allowing the executive committee to be aware in advance of the technical points that will be raised and that will enable decisions to be taken.

  • Think of the projected medium as the presentation, and simply read what's projected on the screen.

  • Reuse report figures directly in your presentations without worrying about their legibility on screen.
