4. Identify important information in the AAPC

Advertising informs candidates that a procedure has been launched, and provides sufficient information for a candidate to know whether or not he or she might be interested. Several items of information are important for candidates wishing to submit an application and an offer.

4.1 Date notice sent to publication

The date on which the notice is sent for publication is legally the date on which the procedure is launched. It triggers the delivery to candidates of the documents required for the consultation, as well as the deadlines for submission of applications and tenders.
