3. Obligations concerning the AAPC medium: compulsory advertising media
There are several compulsory advertising media:
publication in the Bulletin officiel des marchés publics ( BOAMP ) ;
publication in a legal gazette (JAL);
publication in the Official Journal of the European Union ( OJEU ),
publication on the buyer's profile (dematerialized site of the buyer),
publication in a newspaper
Electronic publication of notices on buyer profiles has been mandatory since 1 er January 2010.
Whether or not one or more of the other media must be used depends on :
type of buyer (State and its public establishments, or local authorities...
