1.1 Regulatory threshold above which advertising is mandatory: €40,000 excluding VAT
Public purchasers are obliged to advertise whenever the value of the services, supplies or works they wish to purchase exceeds the regulatory threshold of €40,000 (excluding VAT) (article R. 2122-8 of Code de la commande publique ).
Public purchasers are therefore under no obligation to advertise below this threshold of €40,000 excluding VAT.
