2.1 Obligations concerning the content of the AAPC

The principle is that the AAPC must provide all the necessary information to enable companies to decide whether or not to apply.

The Code de la commande publique does not list this information, but stipulates that the public purchaser must alternatively use two official models, depending on the procedure implemented:
