4. Which corporate social networks (CSNs) do you need?

Corporate social networks (CSNs) are Web 2.0 tools designed specifically for the needs of organizations. The functionalities of an ESN are often advanced yet simple to use. In 2012, YoolinkPro, one of the simplest and most ergonomic solutions on the market, boasted 138 functionalities. CSRs can be specialized for specific uses, such as Knowledge Plaza for social knowledge management (a tool used by Lafarge to share best practices). They can also be more general tools, such as Sharepoint 2013.
