Corporate social networks (CSNs) are Web 2.0 tools designed specifically for the needs of organizations. The functionalities of an ESN are often advanced yet simple to use. In 2012, YoolinkPro, one of the simplest and most ergonomic solutions on the market, boasted 138 functionalities.
