4. Using visual thinking is not art

Visual thinking uses both our eyes and our imagination to solve problems, visualize new ideas, build processes... It allows us to structure a message by presenting it through images, and thus to have more impact, to tell stories. Visual thinking is accessible to everyone, everywhere. Paradoxically, drawing awkwardly can be an asset. In fact, an imperfect drawing allows you to concentrate on the essential rather than the detail. This chapter will give you the keys to using these techniques.
