3. Keeping the user objective as a guarantee of innovation relevance

The prior definition of the user's objective has made it possible to give meaning to the proposal to be developed. Maintaining a meaningful proposition means :

• ensure that all players in the innovation process are working towards the same user objective: this is project mode (not business mode);

• ensure that the development of each solution, function... serves the user's objective;

• prioritize the elements of the innovation specification according to the user objective ;

• putting technology to work for a specific purpose.
