• Technolabs or industrial Technocentres dedicated to export markets;

• the creation of strategic upstream partnerships between leading companies in related sectors;

• joint ventures or joint projects to create pre-competitive technology platforms;

• outsourced incubator systems in dedicated structures providing the working environment, sometimes a few support functions and recourse to external, independent experts...
