You can have solved the crisis by containing its causes and still be in the spotlight. You can be "innocent" and even uninvolved in triggering a crisis and still be considered responsible. What can you do about it?

  • a discourse on facts;

  • a discourse on how to deal with facts.

We'll look at how to choose between three communication strategies: minimal communication, controlled discretion and transparency, with their respective advantages and disadvantages. We'll then take a closer look at the five possible responses.
