8.1 Don't overlook the notion of environmental hotspots
It's important to identify the project's hotspots early on, i.e. where environmental progress will be most significant. Trying to address all the issues, even the smallest ones, can lead to nothing being resolved, as the project team may find itself overwhelmed by the challenges to be met, even though not all of them are equally relevant. Lifecycle analysis can be a valuable aid in identifying these hotspots.
