2.1 Mission 1: Ensure the regular launch of innovative projects

To avoid the "one shot" approach where a project is carried out and then the innovation dries up, you need to consolidate environmental monitoring, R&D planning, staff feedback and opportunity identification.

  • Hold regular (e.g. six-monthly) management committee meetings at which the areas to be investigated are specified and, from a list of proposed new product ideas, which research projects are to be launched.
