3. Strengthen management of innovative projects (level 2)
This is the level of object design activities managed by the project manager. Its main characteristic is its limited duration. Steering an innovative project naturally falls within the domain of project management, although there are significant differences when it comes to novelty. Level 2 requires you to manage the following elements:
The end result is not known in advance: the new product is built up as it goes along.
Incomplete data: some aspects are new, so experience is lacking.
Tasks: some are critical. These include needs analysis, creativity and the search for original technical solutions.
Intermediate design objects (ICOs): each task is finalized by an "object" (drawing, plan, model). The evolution of ICOs leads to the final product....
