5. Strengthening innovative project management: managing cognitive and learning processes(level 4)
This level focuses on individual or collective intellectual processes. Two aspects can be distinguished:
Innovation means "thinking differently". The company must create the conditions for innovation players to develop original ways of thinking.
Innovation means learning. Since the aim is to develop a new object, this means that designers must learn to master a new set of skills. Innovation involves a learning process that needs to be managed within the company.
Various initiatives are available to enrich the cognitive processes associated with innovation.
When it comes to apprenticeships, you need to be involved in defining the company's training plan. This must include training to master the skills needed for the future....
