5. Strengthening innovative project management: managing cognitive and learning processes(level 4)

This level focuses on individual or collective intellectual processes. Two aspects can be distinguished:

  • Innovation means "thinking differently". The company must create the conditions for innovation players to develop original ways of thinking.

  • Innovation means learning. Since the aim is to develop a new object, this means that designers must learn to master a new set of skills. Innovation involves a learning process that needs to be managed within the company.

Various initiatives are available to enrich the cognitive processes associated with innovation.

  • When it comes to apprenticeships, you need to be involved in defining the company's training plan. This must include training to master the skills needed for the future....
