3. Analyze the uses of existing products, processes or services

Why explore and script the uses of a product, process or service as part of an innovation approach?

Participants individually design the uses of existing products, processes or services, taking into account their constraints, the ergonomic solutions explored, and the customer's explicit and subjective expectations.

You'll see that by creating scenarios for use, you can challenge the functions you've been using until now!

Usage analysis can then identify another way of designing a product, process or service, more in line with needs.

Finally, use Post-it® notes to formalize the key usage elements that emerged from the workshop.
