What should I do if no one replies to my follow-up e-mail?

Wait 3 to 5 working days, then follow up with rewritten content (new angle, additional document, shared news). If no response after two reminders, redirect your time to other targets, but keep a record of this contact.

How do I react if a question throws me off balance?

Breathe, wait, rephrase. You can always offer to answer later. What counts is your posture: calm, open, transparent.

What if several people ask me the same question?

It's a strong signal. Incorporate this objection into your main pitch, responding proactively. You'll save time and show that you're listening.
