1. Listening for weak signals

The decision to stop an initiative is not based on a specific element or event. It happens when you realize that the exploration team is no longer making progress in its adventure, that it is stumbling over a certain number of difficulties, that it is no longer learning... Its seed budget is drying up and it doesn't know what to do. In other words, it's stagnating and no longer knows how to approach its market. This doesn't happen in a snap of the fingers; it's something that happens over time. So there will be warning signs, weak signals, elements that will enable you to anticipate the stopping situation.

When supporting your team, you need to keep a clear head and pay close attention to these weak signals. The question is how to detect them.
