Building an intrapreneurial team

Before setting out to explore and launch the incubation process, the intrapreneurial team must be put together. This first stage is crucial to the adventure. Crucial, because it's these first people who will set the tone for what's to come.

To be able to talk about a team, you need at least two people. To make it easier to understand, let's name them. In this duo, you'll find the one who's going to carry the "business" dimension and the one who's going to carry the "technical" side. Depending on the situation, this representation must of course be adapted. Sometimes, three or four different skills are required. This duo representation is obviously simplistic, but it helps to simplify what follows.
