You owe it to them to do this, because they have taken a risk by accepting a position as an explorer. Now it's up to you and your HR department to invest in them.
As you're going to have a fairly regular flow of people, it's a good idea to communicate regularly with the heads of the entities to make the contribution of your intrapreneurs visible. If you can make these leaders want to have people with an intrapreneurial profile on their teams, your outplacement work will be all the easier.
