5. Our advice

  • Identify the "CSR leaders", experts in your company's businesses, with whom you will introduce the uses of CSRs in line with innovation-oriented KM objectives. They are keen to learn more about how to exchange and share information, and are convinced that CSRs facilitate the emergence of collective intelligence. They see concrete, practical applications in their jobs, and use social networks in their personal lives. They are allies and promoters of your global knowledge management approach.

  • Ideally, create a facilitation tandem for each initiative: "one business expert/one information science expert".

  • Provide access to "propotypes".
