The aim of this step is to clearly assess the value to your company of mastering a skill. The aim is to establish a link between each skill you have just identified and the value created within the company. The aim, of course, is to concentrate the most valuable skills within the company. Of course, this assessment is subject to change, and should be reviewed regularly.
You'll need to adapt the evaluation criteria below to suit the context and sector of your organization. In addition, you'll need to mobilize your company's ad hoc departments, to avoid any errors of assessment.
