Prior to evaluating the concepts, two actions need to be carried out: setting up a working group and drafting concept sheets.
1.1 Setting up the working group
It is therefore recommended that members from marketing, R&D (product, process, packaging), in-house or subcontracted, be present, as well as one or more representatives from production.
