1. Map stakeholders to identify opportunities
The aim of this step is to familiarize yourself with the notion of stakeholder, and to draw up an initial inventory of the stakeholders associated with your project. It is particularly interesting to locate them geographically, especially in terms of the supply chain. This can open up potential avenues for relocation.
We can also add various flows between stakeholders: material flows, information flows, financial flows, etc.
In this step, you'll draw up a list of the main stakeholders involved in the project (using the names of the companies or organizations you've identified).
