The Knowledge Plaza solution is the only software published by the Belgian company Whatever. The company employs around 15 people, half of whom are developers, and is based not far from the Louvain-la-Neuve university campus.

1.1 Preferred type of knowledge management

In Knowledge Plaza, sharing between experts takes place in areas where best practices and feedback are formalized, compared and made available. Content is managed collaboratively, in an intuitive, interactive environment that encourages collective learning.
