3. Asking "where?
Where is the resource located? What are the geographical limits of the information?
Sometimes an Internet search leads to the wrong result, because it's on a foreign site.
Example: you're looking for legal information, and you think you've found the right answer, but a glance at the URL shows you the extension ". be"... So you get a result in Belgium.
When you launch a search on Google, remember to restrict the results to France.
To find out whether the website in question is hosted on a server in France or abroad, you need to decipher the URL address, and in particular the region code.
Don't blindly rely on country codes. In fact, they provide information on the nationality of the host, not that of the site!...
