1. Asking "who?
1.1 Who is the author of the resource?
First, ask yourself if the resource is sourced. Can you find the author easily? With CMS (Content Management Systems), the number of possible authors for a single website tends to multiply. In fact, with a CMS, an entire team can work together to populate a website. A classic CMS also allows you to assign different rights to editors.
Nowadays, writing is becoming collaborative, as in the case of wikis. This phenomenon helps to blur the lines.
The author may be a natural or legal person, and may express himself or herself in a personal capacity or on behalf of an organization.
