2. Identify the quantitative information available on Facebook

Any company or entity can create a free Facebook page, and more and more are choosing to do so. A corporate Facebook page has a number of attributes that are visible to all, including:

  • the number of fans of the page ;

  • the number of "people talking about it", i.e. having created an interaction on the company page ("Like" a status, posting a comment, answering a question, sharing news, etc.).

There are also sections that the company's community manager can choose whether or not to fill in, such as :

  • Basic company information (date of creation, address, website, etc.);

  • company description ;

  • company history, by year.
