3. Review your participation in a trade show as an exhibitor or visitor

After the show, the debriefing is an important phase that allows :

  • pool the data collected at the show;

  • reflect on how the show went, how we could have worked differently.

All too often, the daily grind takes over before you've had a chance to really capitalize on the harvest you've made. Get a complete list of contacts made at the show, and draw up classification sheets to complete your databases.
