6.1 Identify the level of communication by stakeholder on the RACI matrix

Analyze the crisis situation in depth to understand its causes and potential impacts. Identify all stakeholders affected by the crisis and develop clean, transparent and empathetic key messages. Follow the sequence of good communication steps and the RACI matrix. Use appropriate communication channels for each stakeholder group, and set up regular follow-up to update all stakeholders on developments.
