4. Managing the system

The facilitation of the project is mainly based on the action plan defined on the basis of the collective projection. The facilitator will also mobilize a number of working tools and facilitation methods to keep the collective momentum going, depending on people's availability, and to ensure the sustainability of the action throughout the project.

It's on the basis of the monitoring work and the results that have been collected that it's possible to organize work cycles, using methods such as simulation to reconstitute a model or reproduce the characteristics of a product or service.

It is also possible to work with case studies or brainstorming methods, using the data collected by the monitoring teams, and analyzing and cross-checking it along different axes.
