3. Recruit employees and share the rules of the game

Involving employees in the program involves regular exchanges with team managers and directors, who can suggest certain profiles.

It's also possible to adopt a more proactive, sandbox approach, by providing access to the platforms and issuing calls for applications to identify the profiles most likely to contribute to the collective collaborative dynamic.

In addition, it's important to call on certain types of profiles, such as experts, analysts and those with a certain level of business expertise, to provide detailed analyses and well-argued perspectives in support of management or corporate strategy.
