13.1 Don't be restrictive in the act of opposition

Insofar as the grounds for opposition and the contested claims cannot be extended after the expiry of the opposition period, it is advisable to try to start from as broad a basis of contestation as possible, in order to preserve the possibility of putting forward a maximum number of arguments on as many claims as possible during the opposition procedure.
