5. How can we make sense of the data we collect and produce useful information?
The data collected through the monitoring process is progressively capitalized on, and used to produce three complementary levels of deliverables.
5.1 Raw results
The raw results can be used to produce information or signage deliverables, over a short period of time and at regular intervals. This is the case, for example, with newsletters.
This content can then be annotated and commented on directly by the watchers, highlighting the most striking elements. This is what contextualizes the raw data, and gives it meaning in relation to the business framework and processes for which it is intended.
At this stage, watchers can mobilize tools such as astonishment reports or comparative grids.
