How much time per week should I devote to oral training?
15 minutes on a regular basis is better than 2 hours once a month. A routine of 5 to 10 minutes a day is enough to maintain ease.
Should I always train with a coach or a partner?
No, there are many possible formats: solo (with mirror or recording), pair (feedback) or group (workshop). Choose according to your needs (see Step 2, Comparative table of training formats).
