2. Choosing the right training format

Not everyone progresses in the same way. To train effectively, you need to adapt the training format to your profile, level and constraints. This step helps you identify the right levers to strengthen your oral pitch.

2.1 Training on your own: accessible and progressive

Here are a few simple formats to help you progress independently:

  • Film yourself, then self-assess using the grid seen in Step 1.

  • Read your pitch aloud every morning (3 min/day ritual).

  • Practice in front of a mirror to work on gestures.

  • Create a random "pitch 30 sec" alert on your smartphone and improvise.
