3. Work on your voice, body and look

A pitch isn't just about what you say, it's also about how you say it. Voice, body and gaze are the three non-verbal pillars that support your message. They influence the listenability, credibility and emotional impact of your speech.

3.1 Working on your voice

Objectives: assert your vocal presence, capture attention, give rhythm to your message.

Recommended exercises :

  • Read a text aloud, exaggerating intonation.

  • Practice rhythm variations: slow / fast / pause / silence.

  • Record yourself, then listen: spot speech tics (uh, so, so...).

  • Work on belly breathing to gain power and control....
