Objectives: assert your vocal presence, capture attention, give rhythm to your message.
Recommended exercises :
Read a text aloud, exaggerating intonation.
Practice rhythm variations: slow / fast / pause / silence.
Record yourself, then listen: spot speech tics (uh, so, so...).
Work on belly breathing to gain power and control....
