3. Explain the ideal requirement in terms of a transfer function

By considering the system to be designed as a transfer function, it will be easier to question the boundary within which we allow ourselves to innovate.

In the field of automation, a transfer function is an operator that instantaneously transforms a set of input materials and/or information into a set of output materials or information. This instantaneous transfer of flows is expressed by a function, in the form of a verb and circumstantial complements of time, place and manner(s).
