6.1 Don't forget the many golden rules set out throughout this sheet, such as:

  • take a step back from existing solution families, segmentations and feasibilities;

  • don't be too general: weak semantics "communicate, transmit" ;

  • don't be too specific: special solutions ;

  • visualize the boundary: what is known, what is unknown ;

  • define a coherent perimeter: the rules of unity of time, place and action.
