2.1 Project chronology
The project was divided into two main phases:
November 2007 to September 2008: detailed definition, then validation of the target organization and operating modes for maintenance activities;
October 2008 to June 2009: preparation and implementation of the new structure for maintenance activities.
Each of these phases brings together different actions, which are presented in the following paragraph.
