3. Characterize the Persona's practice for the subject in question by describing its profile and behavior.

By grouping them by usage and behavioral profile, you can create Persona, the fictitious actors of your innovative offers. This will enable you to compare your ideas and innovative proposals with their profiles, and adjust them accordingly.
