6. Use these tools (storyboards) to assess your market's receptiveness to your innovation proposal

You need to use these storyboards to assess your target customer's receptiveness to your innovation proposals and co-construct the key success factors.

These storyboards are a new way of evaluating an innovation proposal at an early stage of development. They are therefore an essential phase in the project evaluation process.

6.1 How do you use these storyboards?

They are intended to be used to animate groups of target customers in order to gather their degree of acceptance of the various proposals made to them. With this tool, we focus on the raison d'être of innovation, not on the means of innovation. Groups should be made up of around 8 to 10 people, and will be led by a group facilitation specialist.
