2. Proving the anteriority of a non-patentable creation

Not everything is "patentable". In principle, DNA, ideas, mathematical formulas, concepts and living organisms are not patentable. Once these fields of possibility have been excluded, there are still other elements that call patentability into question, the main one being the random nature of the procedure.

This is why, before filing, it is possible to have a minimum of protection by using the Soleau envelope or registered letter to obtain a "personal right of use".
