2. Define your monitoring perimeter

Following the previous step, we know why, for whom and how we want to monitor our market. Now it's a question of refining the themes to be monitored to obtain effective results.

The broader the watch themes, the more "noise" there will be. The more specific, the more relevant the results.

Refining the scope of your watch will enable you to be relevant when setting up watch tools, sourcing, analyzing and reporting on your watch.
